History:

These Whimsical Doll-Shaped Whistles Were Designated A Special Traditional Craft By The Government Of Fukuoka, Japan. Hisako Kakichui Trained Under Her Father And Doll Maker, Keichi Kakiuchi And Master Doll-Maker, Yoichi Kojima. Many Of Her Pieces Belong To The Kyushu National Museum And Her Award Winning Designs Have Been Recognized Both In Japan And Abroad.
